Lada is a Saudi digital platform that acts as a technical intermediary connecting clients with women's beauty service providers in Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding it. It applies to the "Lada" client app, the "Lada Pro" provider app, and our web portals. By using our services you agree to this policy.
Depending on how you use the service, we collect: • Account data: name, mobile number, city, and date of birth (clients); and email and owner name (providers). • Booking data: booked services, appointments, notes, and booking history. • Payment data: confirmation fees are processed through a licensed third-party payment gateway; we never store card numbers on our servers. Providers store bank transfer details (IBAN) for settlement. • Location: the salon's location (providers), and your approximate location when permitted (clients) to show nearby salons. • Content you upload: images (e.g. home-location photo, salon and work photos, documents) and in-chat messages. • Technical data: device type, push-notification token, usage data, and crash reports to improve performance and detect errors.
We use your data to: operate the booking and payment service; connect clients with providers and complete appointments; send booking notifications, reminders and messages via the app and SMS; provide support and communicate about your bookings; improve app performance, security and error detection; and send offers with your consent. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
We share only necessary data: • With the provider: we share the booking data needed to complete the appointment (name, service, appointment, and the client's location when applicable for an on-site service). • With trusted service providers we rely on to run the app: the payment gateway (processing payments), the SMS provider (sending verification codes and alerts), the cloud hosting provider (data storage), the push-notification service, and the crash-reporting service. These process data solely on our behalf and under our instructions, and are contractually required to protect your data to a standard no lower than this policy. • Where legally required: we may disclose data if required by law or a competent authority. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
We apply technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access control via Row Level Security, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously work to minimize risk.
We retain your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for operational and legal purposes (such as booking and payment records for accounting obligations). You can delete your account directly from within the app (Profile) or by contacting support@ladaksa.com; upon deletion we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, keeping only what the law requires.
You have the right to: access and correct your data; delete your account; withdraw your consent at any time (e.g. turning off marketing notifications, or revoking the location permission in your device settings); and object to certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us at support@ladaksa.com.
Our data is hosted with a trusted cloud provider in data centers within the European Union (Frankfurt). This may involve transferring and processing your data outside Saudi Arabia; we apply appropriate safeguards to protect it in line with applicable laws.
Lada's services are intended for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have inadvertently collected a minor's data, we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We publish the updated version here with the last-updated date; continued use of the service after an update means you accept it.
For any privacy inquiry or about your data, contact us at: support@ladaksa.com. Last updated: August 2026.
