Lada is a digital platform acting as a technical intermediary connecting customers with beauty service providers. Lada does not provide services itself.
Providing a platform for booking beauty service appointments — Electronic booking confirmation — Service delivery is the provider's full responsibility.
Booking is confirmed via electronic payment in the app. Confirmation fees are non-refundable. The remaining service amount is paid directly to the provider at the salon.
Customer cannot cancel after confirmation. The fee is non-refundable. Refund only if the salon cancels or a technical error occurs.
Any changes are made through in-app chat only. The provider cancels and reschedules manually.
Lada is a technical intermediary only and is not responsible for service quality, delays, or cancellations. The contract is between customer and provider.
Lada is exclusively for women — all parties are bound by this principle.
